“Honestly, my favorite restaurant in Seattle is The Walrus and the Carpenter. It’s amazing. They have the best oysters. You cannot find oysters of that quality. Their service is always impeccable and the space is beautiful. 

I feel like if anyone is going to come to Seattle and understand what true Seattle dining is, it’s got to be at one of Renee Erickson’s restaurants like The Walrus and the Carpenter.”
