"Le Marché St. George is a spot like nowhere else, which is what we like about it. It's a good place for a quiet coffee. In Vancouver, there are only a few permits like Le Marché St. George's, where you can just build a café in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I think there are only 4. 

There's no store, no sign, no nothing - it's just a small cafe next to a bunch of houses. We're really jealous that they're allowed to do that!"
