“Demonteller is a beer that we dedicate a single foudre to and every 7 to 8 weeks we release a new batch. There have been a few variations of that beer due to the character the yeast has developed over time. It’s a strain that’s specific to Holy Mountain, and honestly, this has become one of my favorite beers.”
What I Love Most about Seattle
“I dabbled in home brewing when I lived in the Southeast and once I moved to Seattle, I just really fell in love with the beer community here. It’s super tight knit, and for the most part, everyone is really collaborative and willing to share their insight. It's an extremely inspiring community to be part of."
My Seattle Musts
“As far as beer spots, The Masonry makes killer pizza and awesome meatballs and their tap list is always phenomenal. Slow Boat Tavern is our buddy Ken’s. He just opened a year ago and it’s a tiny bar in very deep South Seattle. A really classic spot is the The Stumbling Monk up on Capitol Hill. Those are my beer go to's.
