JC's Take

“I’m a big fan of ramen, I find it very comforting. Harvest is run by a chef/owner who’s very good named Andrea Carlson. There’s a lot of shitty ramen out there with shitty ingredients, but she’s very good.

I know that Andrea pays attention to the details. She’ll source the best ingredients, her broth is made with care, the noodles are perfectly cooked, the greens are from locals farms and are all organic. And I like the concept that you can shop for a few ingredients in her shop too, from the local businesses in producers she supports.”
